Yes. I built up to it over time with exercise. My Krav Maga school had a voluntary fitness challenge that lasted for 100 days.
Day 1: 1 push up, 1 air squat and 1 crunch
Each subsequent day added one repetition to each exercise. By day 100, we did 100 reps of each exercise. We weren't allowed to count repetitions done as part of our official instructor lead classes, as these were supposed to be done at home outside of class. By the end of the 100 days, we had done 5,050 total repetitions, and after that a prolonged plank isn't too difficult. The fitness challenge really builds up your core strength and makes most exercises seem easier.
