30 Kettlebell Swings (pick an appropriate weight)
20 Sand Bag clean and jerks
10 Pushups
Do 3-4 rounds of this as fast as possible (depending on your current fitness level), no rest in between rounds. If you don't know how to clean and jerk, just do 20 deadlifts with the sandbag and then 20 presses (meaning from shoulder height to locked out above your head.). This should be pretty quick, but kick your ass if you do it as fast as you can.
Give that a shot, let me know your time and what you think of it. If you have questions, go for it.

Depends on how long you want to go for, your strength, experience, and the weights on the kettlebells, but here's something to try: 30 Kettlebell Swings (pick an appropriate weight)
20 Sand Bag clean and jerks
10 Pushups
