Why are the fast facts on this case so outdated? Most of those points have been nullified as those where initial points to go to trial

Mahalo 2.0 pages are now managed by users, but originally the majority were built by Mahalo Staff.

In many cases, the person who claimed the page has not yet done proper updating on the page, so the information may not be up to date.

Mahalo has rules that you must update your managed pages at least once a week, but things are just getting started and some page managers are not quite up to speed yet.

So is this fair to the person on trial? I have been following this case and while doing a web search this page shows up in the high ranks. In good conscience I had to register to ask as it seems it helps to promote the negative stereotype and negative headlines to the mainstream since the very beginning (over 18 months). How does Mahalo deal with lazy or busy users?

I'm not a Mahalo employee, but I know that they are dealing with quite a few bugs/areas for improvement in the system right now. They have automatic systems in place so that if "nothing" changes on the page after 15 days, the management is taken away. But editing or moving links count as changes, so it doesn't solve the fresh information issue.

I would suggest asking a polite direct question to the person listed as manager of the page and ask them if they could update the information.

And in some cases, and if you are interested, you might ask if you can take over management of the page.

Also, the Mahalo staff and the community are usually pretty responsive to questions.

You could create a question about this issue (and put it in the "Mahalo Answers Community" section) and see what people say.

One other suggestion. I would put the subject of your question (in this case Amanda Knox) in the body of your question as well as the keywords. That makes it easier for those browsing the questions to see it.
