Where is a good place for plus size sexy clothing?

My wife and her friend are looking to find a sexy dress or outfit for a holiday party and are not sure where to go look. The best answer will be a chain in the midwest or a store local to Peoria IL. (Sexy = slutty, this is what they want, not that I mind)
