Who should I start at Quarterback tomorrow?

I have Tony Romo who faces the Steelers and my backup is Gus Frerotte who is going against the Lions.

I don't really have a great answer for this, however i think you should include more details in the question. i.e.

Who should start at quarterback tomorrow: Tony Romo or Gus Frerotte?

Since the Lions are one of the worst teams in the league (I'm not sure if they've even won a game so far this season), I'd probably go with Gus Frerotte. The Steelers have a pretty good defense, so although Romo may be a better overall quarterback, I think Frerotte may put up better numbers this week.
