Although I don't use facebook myself, here are a few lists of funny facebook applications:

Graffiti sounds fun and customizable, sheep launcher looks great, and honesty box sounds quite lame.

Be careful of Mafia Wars, they are apparently a credit card scam and have apparently been volunteering information of users for a while.
