I know this isn't much of an answer but you need to have one to three sessions with a trainer. If you really don't know then you should seek professional advice from someone who can get specific with you, your body type, your goals, nutritional needs and who knows the layout of the gym.
I could give you a few workouts but without knowing these things I cannot be 100% sure I am correct.

Well I don't know specifically your muscle strength, but if you're like the average person and no crazy muscle imbalances, you should just try a bit of everything. I found trying everything, and then finding the machines you like (and making sure you have every major muscle group being worked on) is the best way to go about things. You could probably ask an instructor there or someone similar for some advice on what to try as well, since they should be able to tell you where you need to improve.

I've been to a few gyms and the one where I lost more weight/gained more muscle is with circuit training. Basically it is a few different machines, switching between them and jogging in between. Ex: One minute leg workout, then jog then arm workout then jog in place, then leg workout. Hope this helps.
