I am not sure where your getting your facts from? Where exactly are you getting your facts from? Hannity? Beck? Limbaugh?
Experts are not divided on climate change, in fact the debate has been over for quite some time. In fact the worlds top scientists have now moved onto debating the effects of climate change. The only "experts" who speak out against Global Warming would be those hired by multinational corporations to muddy the argument. In fact they hired the same "scientists" who represented the tobacco companies and their fight in saying smoking wasn't bad for you.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that the last 10 years have been the coldest. Maybe in your region (because of climate change) but globally temperatures are rising.

When it doubt I always refer to David Attenborough's Global Warming special, he was also a skeptic until he spoke to the top experts on the subject.

Why has Al Gore not been brought up on fraud charges?
Al Gore is promoting the "Global warming due to man-made causes" thing for sometime. Experts are divided on the true cause of global warming but more and more of these experts are beginning to not believe that climate change is due to natural cycles and phenomena. In actuality, the climate has actually cooled in the last 10 years. So then why does he continue to promote global warming? And since he is promoting global warming when none is occurring then should he not be brought up on fraud charges? When he ran for President in 2000, he worth was about 2 million USD. Now he is worth around 100 million most of that due to the global warming issue. Should he be accused of fraud or am I missing something?
