Nakedness can be a sign of total freedom and honesty. It can express childlike exhilaration when you run around naked.

This can also be a sign of extreme vulnerability. Are you feeling exposed in your life? Begin to create personal boundaries so that you have a sense of personal confidence.

For some, nakedness is associated with shame because of repression regarding the body or past personal trauma. If this is so for you, affirm, "I accept and honor all parts of myself, including my body and my past."

Nakedness can be a sign of exposing a situation and baring your soul. Be willing to be open and frank with others and yourself.

This can also be a sign of sensuality and reveling in your passions and in your body.
