Wow, that's a deep question. I do a few things. I could always do more.

One, I try to be empathetic and genuine to everyone I interact with. This is hard sometimes, as part of my day job is doing customer service, but I do my best.

I do a lot with answering questions and research. For one, Mahalo Answers, but also with co-workers. I think that providing solid, well-researched information is very helpful to people. Information sharing is a surprisingly powerful thing.

With friends, I try to call them on a regular basis, see them as frequently as I'm able, and give them little gifts when possible.

I also contribute money to some charities and would like to do more volunteer in the future.

I'm a freekin' therapist! I got into this profession to help people take responsibility for their actions and give them a choice to change their behaviors (with a little proding in what *I* think is the "right" direction).

I LOVE making a direct impact/improvement in people's lives...
