Is there an scientific explanation for the heavy rain patterns over airports?

I live in Miami, Fl., and I've noticed that there's always a concentration of rain clouds over our Airport. I was just curious if there was a scientific explanation for such weather patterns.

yes the pollution caused by aircraft over the structure causes the apnospheric dis turbences
