Being green is probably not much fun to hear about, but it is important. Being green will one day save the air, water and land which we all depend upon for our survival. Do we need to waste so much? Do we need to drive as much as we do? As much as we can, we need to seek ways to live lightly. Maybe "green" is the wrong word. Maybe we should switch the phrase to tread softly or lightly upon the earth. Reduce, reuse, and recycle should not meet with so much resistance. There is money to be made in green industry. And, industry is where most of the resistance to green living is found.

It is just another popular word for now. Don't sweat it. There will be a new one in the next couple of years to be tired of.

So many people are talking about going "green" now a days. It is not very easy. But I think, it is important to try to be green at least in some ways. I keep my lights switched off whenever not in use. I see myself recycling more recently.
I use cloth lines to dry my laundry. Just doing little things. Little things by so many people will make a big difference, i believe.
