How many Yangtze Dolphins are left? Did people kill them on purpose?

If they killed these beautifull animals on purpose why?

Unfortunately, scientists failed to find a single Yangtze river dolphin in its natural habit, leading them to conclude that it was "functionally extinct."
According to the article I provided, pollution and overfishing were the main reasons for the Dolphin's extinction, and while I wouldn't call it "On Purpose," it is still just as tragic.
