Can you find the full text of John Beddington's presentation on "a perfect storm" of food, water and energy shortages by 2030?

His presentation was given at a Sustainable Development conference, and is described in this news report.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7951838.stm

I don't want to see other news reports at this kind of level of detail. I want to ideally see the full text, any slides, and what his conclusions are based on. (e.g. Sources in research studies or models.)

A second best to the full-text would be a much more detailed article or a paper of his that covers the same ground.

The bottom line is I don't want to only know what he said, but understand why he thinks what he thinks.
