This is revenue sharing site. but you won't be paid directly.
you need to have google adsense publishers account. if have that then give your "publisher ID" while registering this site.
Then you have to submit any question and let other people answer quetions. so as many your question displayed,75% time ad will display your publisher ID, & rest 25% site owner's.
so if in thease 75% of time if any valid ad click hapens then you will get money in your adsense account.

Is it paying money?

I think that for answering lot of questions they are earning just Rs.25 -Rs.100 per month.

And also they have now renamed as mega contest.. still they have not announced the results..
