I would decriminalize many victimless crimes. Wherever possible I would transition to voluntary taxation. I would let government run gambling as a natural extention of lottery. I would have fireside chats and encourage people to go green micro generate electricity and start a garden. Drive food prices down so that the poor can get healthier food more easily.
I would have a huge statue of Elvis in Washington DC. . . because I would be a good king, but only one person can be The King. ^_^

If I were QUEEN (of the world) I would take every penny away from everyone in the world. I would then count it all up and divide it by the number of people on our planet, then I would redistribute it completely evenly. I would do the same with our current food supply and all of the land and then I would sit back and see if I had made the right decision ;)

I'd just like to add that the King and I will be counted as equal to every other human on earth and we will get an equal share of all of the world's money.
