I look forward to seeing Jerry Seinfeld on the Jay Leno Show, but I am not looking forward to seeing Jay Leno in prime-time. Jay Leno was good where he was at 11:30 (10:30 central), and I think that bringing him into prime-time was a huge risk for NBC because if it fails they're in big trouble, seeing as how they canceled several of their most popular shows to make way for Jay Leno (i. e. My Name is Earl, Chuck, etc.).
Aaaaanyway, I am very much looking forward to seeing Seinfeld on Leno's show. Seinfeld was very funny on Conan O'Brien's second-to-last "Late Night" episode, so I'm looking forward to seeing more. It was great to see him mock modern stuff like the iPhone.

Asker's Rating:
• Agreed! I miss him on late too!

Yes, NBC has canceled tons of shows for the 2009-10 Fall Season. However, you mentioned that many popular shows were canceled. Many of the shows that were canceled were not popular in ratings (the reason for cancellation). Also, you mentioned that "Chuck" was canceled when it was not. It was renewed for a third season on May 17 this year as a mid-season replacement in March with a 9-episode order (with an option of an additional 9 episodes). Again, not to be rude or be a show-off, but I thought I should let you know.

Seinfeld may not have been the best show, but Jerry Seinfeld is a great comedian. I'll likely Tivo this.

Jerry Seinfeld, whether you liked his show or not, is a great guy to watch. He's very down-to-earth, and doesn't let the spotlight get to him at all. He's very chill and a great person to interview on late night. For example, he's so down-to-earth, he ASKED if it was possible for Micheal Richards to apologize on the David Letterman Show. Even if you think Richard's apology was legit or not, Jerry gave him a chance when he really didn't have to (and most people wouldn't).

My opinion is that since all demographics know (and relatively like) Jerry Seinfeld, and of course since this is Jay Leno going to Primetime (highest viewership on Late Night TV), it's a safe pick, good for ratings, and worth watching. I'll be adjusting my schedule for it.Wish I had TiVo though. Maybe Hulu...

Yes Sir, The two comedians (oops sorry Jay leno) coming together will be a treat to watch. And I feel something will have to give when the two masters meet
