Will the new Land of the Lost movie (coming June 5) pay rightful homage to the original series?

I don't think any movie with Will Ferrell in it can pay "rightful homage" to anything. Will it be funny? Probably. But it would be hard for it to compete with the original Land of the Lost and do the fans proud.

I so used to love that show!

This is the only answer but Sid and Marty were actually involved in the making of this movie so I'm going to guess that yes it will pay rightful homage to the original series.
