(2) Growing our YouTube audience pays off exponentially. The more viewers we get there, the more popular our videos become, the higher they climb in YouTube's rankings and searches, the more new viewers they attract. That's how shows become juggernauts on YouTube...the traffic snowballs once it gets going. iTunes...not as much. Or at least, we've never seen that same effect on iTunes, where our subscription rate didn't ever skyrocket despite getting featured on the front page occasionally.
(3) The show is about YouTube and is designed for a YouTube audience. It just makes a certain amount of sense to make it available primarily on YouTube.
