Why aren't we seeing more of the Little people and The Little Couple ? Tired of seeing Kate and John and people that have a lot of children

I was just looking on my TV guide hoping to find the Little Couple on but Of course it is Jon and Kate Plus 8 again - a rerun. It seems to be on all the time.
I've missed several episodes of the Little Couple - I was hoping to see if Bill and Jen were still talking about having a baby. I'm not even sure how many episodes I have missed. I need to catch up.
