Ma (Sophia Petrillo) - played by Estelle Getty. Pure awesomeness and funnier than hell... The youngest of the actors playing the oldest... and she had to wear a gray wig!

Estelle Getty was my favorite back when I watched the show on TV.
But after seeing the Bea Arthur roast of Pamela Anderson (NSFW Language and subject matter) I changed my vote.
