He unfortunately died in 2005. Since then, Tony's voice has been done by LA radio announcer Lee Marshall.

I also watched "Making of" on How the Grinch Stole Christmas in December 2008 in which Ravenscroft was interviewed.

Thurl Ravenscroft is the voice for Tony. He was also the guy who song the "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" in the animated tv special "How The Grinch Stole Chrismtas." He unfortunately died in 2005. Since then, Tony's voice has been done by LA radio announcer Lee Marshall.
