Well for G1...

Illegally, go to your favorite bittorrent site and search.

Legally, there's a couple options. Shout! Factory now has the licence for TF G1, and they're re-releasing the box sets Rhino put out a few years ago, but they're now remastered and Shout! managed to fix the sound and color issues from the older set.

The season sets are also being put out individually, Amazon has the season 1 set, which you can also find in any store.
