I've gotten great coverage at the official E3 website:
http://e3insider.com/
The live streams are broadcast by GameTrailers.com and the audio and visual are both great. There's no stalling or delay.
On the homepage, simply click on the company whose press conference you want to view. The ones that haven't happened yet (which at this point is only Sony) can be viewed live when they happen. The other press conferences (Microsoft, Ubisoft, Nintendo, EA) will be eventually put up in full.
