My favorite ever is the Evolution of Dance. It's a fantastic and funny video that should go in anybody's Youtube hall of fame.

Hands down it's gotta be Kutiman's Mother of all Funk Chords. He mixes samples from various youtube videos into a song. It made me grin from ear to ear the first time I saw it.
