Nothing really compares to Windows Weekly since Paul is one of the best Windows Specialist in the world! However, if you are willing to check out so sub-genres of Windows podcast you might like some of these:

Windows IT Pro - http://windowsitpro.com/podcast/

Windows Mobile - http://podcasts.msmobiles.com/

Microsoft .NET - http://aspnetpodcast.com/CS11/

You can also search for other podcast that might interest you if you check out the PodcastDirectory - http://www.podcastdirectory.com/search/keyword.php?search=Windows&page;=1

In the end, if you want to fill the gaps I would suggest first looking at other TWiT netcast... between Windows Weekly, TWiT, MacBreak Weekly (even as a windows fan this is an informative podcast to listen to as they discuss things that matter for the tech industry and not just Mac users), Net@Night, Daily Giz Wiz, Munchcast, and the Radio Podcast I am able to fill up most of my podcast listening time with just Leo's network!

I would second the recommendation of Windows Weekly. I don't use Windows, but I find Windows Weekly to be very entertaining and informative.
