PS. Ah Ha, found something..."He appeared as a French pirate in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. He was often referred to as an unnamed "French Guy" or "Italian Guy" due to the small roles." This might explain why he isn't listed as a cast member.

I have never seen him referenced in playing in that movie. I know he was in quite a few TV shows like The Bold and the Beautiful, Ugly Betty, Dirty Sexy Money, Passions and Windfall before he hit it big doing the nude scene in Sex in the City's movie. PS.
