What is your favorite reality show?

And do you like reading spoilers for them? If so, which ones? What reality shows would you never watch again or think were horrible?

Edited to add: No one seems to be answering the spoilers part of the question? Do you like reading spoilers or would you prefer to be surprised? Why?

Amazing Race is the BEST reality show! I like it because the producers do not have to "add" drama to the show. Picture this, twelve teams racing to various pit stops around the world. They complete tasks along the way and try to avoid elimination.

The teams create drama on their own by dealing with the pressures of the race.

I do not like reading spoilers because it ruins the show! It takes away from the 'viewing drama' if you will.

The reality shows I would never watch again would be:

1. Big Brother
2. Flava of Love
3. Real World
4. True Life

Trading in the stock market + the national news. You get real-time updates, you get to participate, you can even compete and make (or lose) money in the process. That's about as close to a reality show (not counting reality itself) as you'll get!

Amazing Race. I love seeing the different locations all over the world; the challenges are always something to do with the local cultures; and you can see how the teams' relationships really do affect the outcome of the race.

My favorite all-time team: The Hippies, B.J. and Tyler. Unusual, nice, smart guys who played hard and won. And you never knew what was going to come out of their mouths.

My favorite reality show is The Biggest Loser. I definitely do NOT like to read or hear spoilers for the show. I do like to be surprised. It just ruins the experience for me to know what is going to happen ahead of time. However, if I miss an episode, I will look up the next day what happened if I didn't tivo it.

As for reality shows I dislike, I watched one episode of Secret Millionaire. I absolutely hated it, and I will not watch it again. It seemed extremely scripted and fake.

The Amazing Race
American Idol towards the end when it's actually a competition
Biggest Loser

I saw five minutes of The Hills and banned it from myself. What a stupid show. Some of the MTV True Life's are okay. Anything else on that channel is hard to take seriously though.

Operation Repo. The show is just so funny and unique. What do people expect when they don't pay their bills? Plus Matt seriously makes the show.

A close second is Rehab. Watching drunk people is always entertaining.

Ok I totally forgot about No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain and Bazaar Foods with Andrew Zimmern. Two totally awesome show that mix food and comedy, plus history and culture.

The Mole. I wish it were still being made.

I hate spoilers. I love keeping my Christmas presents wrapped until the very last moment... and sometimes longer.

I wish I could stop watching Survivor. It's crappy every season... yet... I can't stop watching it! (Someone help me!)

oh oh I forgot my newest one, Secret Millionaire!

The only time I really like the spoiler pages is when I miss an episode, then I think they are great!
