What is the title of the episode where they kids are babysitting all the babies in town and they glue a few babies to the floor?

Its been years since Ive seen this, but it always sticks out in my mind. there are babies everywhere and the kids put some in boxes and glue some to the floor. It was hilarious!!! I'd love to see it again.
