Assuming you aren't talking about ''Pet Semetary'' - the creepy cat "Church" (who still gives me nightmares) - I'm thinking you may be asking about 1985's ''Cat's Eye.'' I haven't seen this movie in years, and I was quite surprised at the cast list which includes Drew Barrymore, James Woods and Robert Hays. The film itself is based on a trio of King's short stories.
