However my guess with the NoAgend podcast is that they're referring to Gitmo nation as the whole of America and it's failures as a country. If you listen to JC Dvorak and Adam Curry regularly, they're usually ranting about current issues that are plaguing the country. Adam Curry also gives his take from a different perspective as he's located in the UK. If you also notice, Dvorak's intro/outro that he's speaking from Gitmo nation east/west/north/south (it changes everytime) and then he says, "the place doesn't exist".

I agree with @canuckmark that GITMO = Guantanamo Bay US Naval Base. However my guess with the NoAgend podcast is that they're referring to Gitmo nation as the whole of America and it's failures as a country.
