I've gotta go with Ghostbusters. Is it the absolute funniest movie I've ever seen? I dunno, but it's definitely my favorite comedy film overall, one that you can watch over and over and never tire of (which is important if you're gonna buy the DVD to have forever and ever).

Honorable mentions: Airplane! (considered by many to be the best comedy ever...it definitely has the most rapid-fire jokes...biggest bang for the buck) and Team America: World Police (or the South Park movie, too, either one from Trey Parker and Matt Stone)
