I like the Nintendo Wii, but I heard about the Zeebo coming out this year.
According to Gamepro:
"Gamasutra reports that a brand-new video game console, Tectoy/Qualcomm's Zeebo, will be released this year. The Zeebo will first be released in Brazil and then later be distributed in other countries around the globe."

It's designed for markets like Brazil, Russia, China, and India.
It's not that powerful, but it does appear to have an interesting content-delivery system: it has a built-in 3G networking chip, and downloads games from the Internet onto internal memory or SD cards (no discs).
As for ones that are already out, I'd say Xbox 360 as it has the largest library of awesome games.

I don't know about that, this is 2009. I think it's cool, at least what I've heard about it. The controller could be changed.
