There is a movie coming up starring Andy Griffith called Play the Game. It is supposed to release on August 28.

The last movie he did was Play the Game in 2008, with nothing slated to come out soon. Matlock is in syndication on several channels. He had hip surgery in 2007, which has slowed him down.

I miss him!

Andy was also featured in Brad Paisley's video for "Waiting on a Woman" in 2008. He is shown mostly in bib overalls and a white suit.

His most recent film credit is co-starring with Doris Roberts in the upcoming Play the Game
