Seasons 1 through 3 are currently available on DVD. Ugly Betty has a 4th season green-lighted, but fans are worried because it was currently begin on October 9, 2009 at 9pm on ABC, long perceived as the "Friday night death slot" for shows ABC (and other networks) wish to get rid of. As such a deal was struck with TV Guide Network back in July that gives the network exclusive rights to air the 4th season 14 days after its ABC run and will begin airing it weekly in the Fall of 2010.
