It has been a bit quiet for Topher Grace since Spider-Man 3. However, he is still an active actor. His next movie is Young Americans (to be released on January 9, 2010 - according to imdb.com)

As reported by Reuters, his next project is romantic comedy Valentine's Day - also starring Emma Roberts and Hector Elizondo. It would be released on February 12, 2010 (according to imdb.com)

It sounds like early 2010 would be a busy year for Topher Grace.
