Right when I was about halfway through the first song on "Secrets" by Herbie Hancock. His song "Doin' it" and the album "Secrets" from 1976 has long been one of my favorites of all time in any genre.

My mood is usually somewhere between funny, techno, psy-trance, instrumental...especially since I've been in my non-English speaking mood lately again.

All of that is a different kind of music, but music to my ears nonetheless.

I really like Blind Pilot and the song that I listen to a lot is One Red Thread. You should check this toolbar from Emusic out that gives you free music downloads. I used to always use Itunes but recently Emusic has taken over. I really like their style and they have every song you can think of.

I'm currently listening to the newly released album of a local artist here in our country, Nina. Rendition of the Soul consists of beautiful revived songs which was released just this month. I love the album so much! Here's a sample playlist. :)

The wind blowing in gusts against my window, shaking the window slightly, making me feel autumny and cozy, a train passing in the distance whistling as it gets near to a local crossing, the coyotes in the nearby hills yelping to each other, carrying on a coyote conversation in the dark and my precious daughter's laughter in the other room as she winds down for the day while sitting and reading a funny book before bedtime. All of that is a different kind of music, but music to my ears nonetheless.
