The unlockable game type force out. I have completed all that is required but can not find force out still!!

UNLOCKABLE GAME TYPE, I'D LIKE TO CHECK FORCE OUT OUT.

According to Game FAQ it's a "multiplayer gametype" which might be why you are having troubles accessing it. Try using it in multiplayer mode.
