Jared Fogle, the "Subway Guy" is still around. He recently appeared in an afterschool special "I Get That a Lot" as a Subway employee. It aired on April 1, 2009.
He's also released a book titled "Jared, the Subway Guy: Winning Through Losing: 13 Lessons for Turning Your Life Around". (Ok, it was three years ago, but I thought it was interesting.)
