Things are only worth what you can get someone to pay for it.

There's a People magazine 1st issue that recently went unsold with no bids on ebay, for $25, and there is one being offered for $600. Clearly that one won't sell.

Looking at the completed listings on ebay for People Magazine, it seems that there is not much market for them at all.  The most expensive issue sold was the 1989 John Gotti issue, at $83.50, but most have either not sold or sold well under $12 -- one issue sold for a penny with free shipping!

In addition, doing a search on completed mia farrow items seems to suggest that she's not that popular either -- as most items went unsold, and a majority of mia farrow related items that were sold were sold for well under $15.

Technically, it's worth what someone is currently willing to pay for it.

There are currently two listed on Ebay right now:

$495 or best offer, Item number: 320344549625
$600, Item number: 120389548517

Searching the completed listings on Ebay, there was one listed for $25 that didn't sell. It is in great condition and was kept in plastic by the original owner.

Item number: 220368709600 - $25

So, there are people who seem to think it's quite valuable. However, even the one listed for $25 didn't sell. I think the method you use to sell this (ebay, in person etc.) will determine the reasonable price.

If you think it's far more valuable, you should see if the $25 seller is still willing to sell you an extra copy :-)
