For me, it has to be Rudy. First of all, because it's a true story. It's great to see someone like that succeed.

Rudy came from nothing in Indiana. His whole family worked manufacturing, but he had bigger dreams--to play football for Notre Dame. But he was small, slow, and was not at all a natural football player. And maybe worst of all, he had everybody in his entire life telling him he couldn't do it.

But throughout the course of his life, he overcame every obstacle, and eventually played for Notre Dame. At the end of the game, he was carried off the field by his teammates, the last time that has ever happened there.

Fantastic movie.
