Right now there's a movie in pre-production due out in 2011 (so far), called "Evolution's Captain". The movie is supposed to be based on the interaction between Darwin and the Captain of the Beagle.

And that seems to be it! There have been a handful of tv series, and of course several documentaries, but this is it for movies!
