Absolutely not, what would we do if there was? We would loose a lot of good laughs. When it seems hopeless then you hear about some off the wall ignorant behavior it makes it not seem so hopeless.

No. There will always be people willing to fill the room for improvement in stupidity. A lot of it is really funny though and for some folks even make a profit from stupid people.
