**SPOILER ALERT**

Yes, it appears that she is.

In the last episode, Pam goes to the hospital for a minor injury. While the nurse is going through all her scans, she brings Jim in to hear the news as well.

When Jim comes in, the door closes and the sound cuts out. But the doctor delivers them some amazing news that they both get incredibly excited about. Pretty much the only thing it could be is pregnancy.
