In Lost Season four, Is Hurley crazy?

Hurley is speak to dead people. Yet, Hurley comments seem to sting Jack. How is he capable of knowing? Is Hurley dead?

Hurley thinks he is in Heaven.

Hurley thinks he's going crazy because he keeps seeing Charlie, who is dead. But as we know, the island has a way of "bringing back the dead" to do it's bidding.

Hurley is not crazy. He has "special" abilities to speak to and see the dead. If I saw the dead and had conversations with them I would think I was crazy, and so would my friends and family.

There is more to Hurley's story. Speaking to and seeing the dead seems to be a theme with many of the characters of LOST.
