Im a complete newbie please please can you tell me how to remove the filters from the PAL version of manhunt 2 for the wii?

I have no clue what a 'Truncha tool' or an ISO is please can someone give me an idiots step by step guide on how to do it? thank you.

As far as I can tell, it's not possible yet to do this on the Wii console because there's not a way to recreate an iso file for it.
