1mm teensy diamond nose stud, $59: http://www.alluringbody.com/ns501w.html
1.2mm platinum diamond nose stud, $107.25: http://www.bodymattersgold.com/acatalog/1mm_Premium_Diamond_Nose_Stud.html
Judging by the picture of the 1.2mm stud, I have a feeling that the 1mm one will be small enough to look like you want it to.

I can't even see a nose ring in any of the pictures above, haha. I wasn't able to find out where she got it. So instead, I searched to find the smallest possible diamond nose studs for sale, and this is what I found: 1mm teensy diamond nose stud, $59: http://www.alluringbody.com/ns501w.html
1.2mm platinum diamond nose stud, $107.25: http://www.bodymattersgold.com/acatalog/1mm_Premium_Diamond_Nose_Stud.html
