In The Simpsons Game, how do you get all the poles out the way on the last part of enter the Cheatix on the DS?

I'm not entirely sure which poles you are referring to, so I'll do my best to give you the answer you're looking for.
If you're referring to the yellow poles in the "Blood Room" you need to use Lisa's "Hand of Buddha" power to lift yourself to the upper conveyor belt platform and pull the lever there. Then gracefully fall to the lower platform where the poles have been lowered.
If you're referring to the poles in the room with the ape and all the ladders you'll need to again use Lisa's "Hand of Buddha" power to remove all the poles from above the ladders so that you can climb them to get to the next "Hand of Buddha" station to do the same thing again until you get to the top by the "Donkey-Kong"-esque ape. Use the "Hand of Buddha" again to pull away one last pole and somehow the ape will be defeated.
