How can I get to be a dining guest on Hell's Kitchen?

We want to go to a taping and keep running into scammers - what's the REAL method for getting to dine in H.K?

Well of course you know that Hell's Kitchen is, first and foremost, definitely not a real restaurant. It is a tv studio with very strict rules (no standing, no bathroom breaks, and no guarantee of getting any food...but hey! At least you don't have to pay for your meal).

The next thing you need to know is that they don't sell tickets to the taping. So anyone trying to sell you anything is scamming. You have to be selected to be an extra on the show--as in a paid extra.

So how do you do that?

According to my first source, you can either...

A.) There's supposed to be a "Reservations" link at the bottom of the official Fox Hell's Kitchen website. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see one...

or

B.) Write directly to the source to request a "reservation":
Fox Broadcasting Company,
Box 900, Beverly Hills, CA90213
ATTN: Hells Kitchen Reservation Tickets

Don't forget to include a stamped self-addressed envelope! (Hopefully so they'll send you tickets in it!)

Now if you actually DO get tickets, check out my second source below for etiquette on how to behave while attending a taping. And good luck! Report back if you ever do get to attend a taping, I'll want to hear all about it!

By being an "extra" I'm willing to bet a photo must be submitted and a certain level of attractiveness must exist!

Good call, I don't think I've ever seen "ugly" people eating at Hell's Kitchen have you? None of the sources mentioned sending in a head shot, but maybe it's not a bad idea?

I am not breaking your heart and neither I am a pessimist, but let me not put in a false hope. Perhaps just anybody cannot be a guest in Hell's Kitchen. In most cases, these guests are celebrities and in others, tycoons.
