I didn't enjoy it as much as the first one. But I liked the directors commentary a lot.

He states that they were considering a TV series at one point where each episode told the story of someone else who saved the world.

In the first movie I enjoyed the bunny more, the discovery of the phenomenon, the leading/prediction of what was to happen next. All good.

The 2nd movie didn't take me anywhere new. But the fact that they used the same actress that played the sister in the first movie made it worth seeing for me.

Many fans of the original also give it a thumbs down.
